Are NOT required to complete the following tasks in the portal:
- The initial application submission from a new Facility.
- The initial application submission from an existing Facility.
- The request for a Hearing.
- The request for Administrator/DON change.
- The request for Portal help.
Are required to complete the following tasks in the portal:
- The update and resubmission of any Facility Application.
- The appeal of a rejected Facility Application.
- The submission of a Plan of Correction.
